一﹑用途:
l本機測試鋁箔紙、紙及紙板之耐折強度.
二﹑原理:
l試法是將試樣兩端固定在上下夾具,上夾具施於所須之荷重,使試樣承受一定張力,下夾具則在試樣垂直狀態(tài)下,向左右兩邊往復彎折之耐折強度.
l本儀器之設計符合TAPPI-T423PM,ASTM-D2176,JIS-P8115標準。
三、準備試樣:
1.試樣位置之確定: 從同批物料的分散位置選取試樣.
2.在要進行測試的材料上按縱向和橫向截取試樣(裁取無折痕、庇點位置),試樣寬15±0.1mm,長度不小於140m尺寸.
3.試樣數目: 同種材料需測試樣縱、橫向至少10片以上.
4.試樣之標準狀態(tài): 試驗前靜置於溫度23℃±2℃,相對溫度60±5%之狀態(tài)中24小時以上.
四、操作步驟:
1.調整機臺水平腳釘(圖1-7).
2.夾持試樣(如圖3所示)
2.1依試驗規(guī)定調節(jié)施力桿上(圖1-1)的指標(圖1-2)指在刻度尺(圖1-3)所需之位置.
2.2鬆開上夾具的固定鈕,裝上試樣並固定.
2.3使下夾具成垂直狀態(tài).
2.4鬆開下夾具上的固定鈕,將試樣穿過下夾具並固定.

Three, preparing sample:

3. Sample number: same material must test sample of the longitudinal and transverse at least 10 piece above.
4. The sample standard state: before the test static in 23 ℃ temperature ± 2 ℃, relative humidity of 60-5% of the state of more than 24 hours.
Four, operation steps:
1. Adjust the level shackles (figure 1-7).
