環(huán)壓測(cè)試儀的操作步驟
1、用途：
l 本機(jī)採(cǎi)用高精度感測(cè)器感應(yīng)，測(cè)試紙和紙板之環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度、豎壓強(qiáng)度、膠合強(qiáng)度及平壓強(qiáng)度同時(shí)也可測(cè)試出拉力強(qiáng)度並直接顯示測(cè)試值。
2、原理：
l 本機(jī)為電子顯示環(huán)壓/拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)，使用馬達(dá)傳動(dòng)螺桿而使夾具移動(dòng)，將裝置好試樣試驗(yàn)夾具置於上下兩夾具之間，然後施予規(guī)定之速度，上夾具向下壓縮試樣時(shí)，上夾具上端的荷重元即感受到壓力；而拉力測(cè)試是上夾具向上移動(dòng)，下夾具向下移動(dòng)，同樣夾具感受到壓力，並將力轉(zhuǎn)換成電壓訊號(hào)輸給顯示器，結(jié)果連用LOAD CELL力量感應(yīng)器連接顯示器自動(dòng)顯示力量值。
3、操作說(shuō)明：
1.機(jī)臺(tái)必須接220V+5% 50HZ的電源，要有良好的接地保護(hù)措施。
2.打開(kāi)面板上的電源開(kāi)關(guān)後，面板得電，顯示器會(huì)自動(dòng)打開(kāi)程序。
3.確認(rèn)機(jī)臺(tái)的行程保護(hù)裝置是否有效，是否合理。
4.將測(cè)試試樣放置於夾具中間，依試樣的厚度選擇內(nèi)盤(pán)直徑置於試樣座上(內(nèi)盤(pán)上標(biāo)示適合試樣厚度以mm為單位),小心地把試樣插入試樣座,並確保插到底部如下圖3,按測(cè)試鍵和上升或下降鍵開(kāi)始測(cè)試。
5.嚴(yán)禁上下夾具直接接觸，或以金屬類(lèi)試件測(cè)試。
6.在測(cè)試過(guò)程中，若有異常狀況，可按停止鍵，關(guān)掉電源後立即通知維修人員檢測(cè)。待故障排除後方可使用。
7.打印機(jī)接受顯示器信號(hào)後，按打印鍵，即可打印當(dāng)前日期、時(shí)間、次數(shù)和*大壓力值。(詳細(xì)操作見(jiàn)顯示器操作和打印機(jī)操作)
8.顯示器接受上壓板頂?shù)膲毫Ω袘?yīng)器之信號(hào)，顯示當(dāng)時(shí)*大壓力值。按下清零鍵，可**顯示器上的數(shù)字。按下峰值鍵，在測(cè)試時(shí)可記錄下測(cè)試的*大值。
3, operating instructions:
1. The machine must meet 220 v + 5% 50 hz power, want to have a good grounding protection measures.
2. Open the panel power switches, the panel to electricity, display will automatically open the program.
(3) to confirm that the machine trip protection is effective, whether reasonable.
4. Will test sample in place among fixture, in accordance with the thickness of sample selection double diameter in sample seat (on the double labeling for sample thickness to mm for unit), carefully put the sample into sample holder, and make sure that the plug to bottom below in figure 3, according to the test key and rising or falling key to begin testing.
5. It is strictly prohibited to fixture and direct contact with, or in metal sample test.
6. In the test process, if there is abnormal condition, can press the stop button, switch off the power supply immediately notify maintenance personnel detection. For troubleshooting rear can use.
7. Printer accept display signal, press print key, can print the current date, time, number and maximum pressure value. (detailed operation see display operation and printer operation)
8. Display accept top board top pressure sensor's signals, display the biggest pressure value. Press the reset button, can clear display digital. Press the peak key, in the test can record a maximum of test.
