測試目的：以(1/4”（6mm）)鋼球來測試眼鏡(尤其是保護鏡)的鏡片強度，焊接點、鏡框

與鏡片密合等耐沖擊測試。

使用說明：

1.首先請注意機臺之電壓為幾伏特(V)，然后找相同電壓之插座將機臺之插頭插上。

2.將壓力送上。

3.將氮氣之高壓調(diào)整閥裝于氮氣筒上, 再將機臺后方之氮氣高壓管接于氮氣筒。

4.打開銀幕之電源,空氣壓力調(diào)至5kg,待屏幕歸零后即可。

A. 選擇高速或低速測試:

如欲選擇高速:

1.先確認好第3 項歩驟之動作。

2.將高低速選擇開關轉(zhuǎn)向氮氣高速測試。

3.打開氮氣。

4.然后高速測試的壓力則從氮氣筒上的高壓調(diào)整閥調(diào)整,壓力大小則看面板的高

速調(diào)整壓力表。

5.若停止測試將氮氣關掉后，再按發(fā)射鈕將氮氣排出。

B.如欲選擇低速:

1.將氮氣關掉。

2.按發(fā)射鈕，將機臺內(nèi)剩余的氮氣排出。

(此1、2 項為高速切換低速時之前置歩驟;若直接測試低速則歩驟從第3 項開始)

3.然后將高低速選擇開關轉(zhuǎn)向空氣低速測試。而壓力調(diào)整則從操作面板右側前方

有一只低速調(diào)整閥調(diào)整,壓力大小則看操作面板之低速調(diào)整壓力表。

4. 若停止測試將空氣關掉后，再按發(fā)射鈕將空氣排出。

5.將雷射開關開啓,然后把射擊箱內(nèi)之人頭移至非射擊點之位置,在測速時不讓鋼珠打到,

或者可將人頭座取出,再調(diào)整其所需之速度。

6.在調(diào)整速度或測試時,將鋼珠上膛后,此時鐳射光是不亮的(代表鋼珠已上膛)再作發(fā)射

的動作。

7. 將彈珠裝入彈孔內(nèi)， 然后將上膛把手往后拉到底， 再放掉把手即可發(fā)射。

(※注意：若上膛把手未拉到底，則不能發(fā)射。)

(※因為**上之顧慮，所以射擊箱門內(nèi)裝有一個**開關，因此門一開就不能發(fā)射彈

珠。)

完成以上動作后，即可將要測試之眼鏡，戴上將要測試之人頭上，然后調(diào)整其將要測試

之位置即可。(※注意：槍管上的電線(光纖)內(nèi)心是玻璃材料，不可拉扯或扭曲，否則容

易斷裂，就測不出時速。)
