醫(yī)用縫合線線徑測試儀由智能控制器、測力機構(gòu)、測距機構(gòu)、打印機等部分組成。其中智能控制器由CPU、主板、液晶顯示屏、鍵盤、電源等部分組成。屏幕采用全中文視窗顯示，用鍵盤控制光標進行選項、操作、設(shè)定，無須培訓即可按照提示來操作使用
采用5.7英寸（120×90）單彩液晶顯示屏，中文菜單顯示。公稱規(guī)格、試驗載荷、打印、測試、時間、標定。由鍵盤控制液晶顯示屏上的菜單，砝碼加載張力，自動記錄線徑數(shù)據(jù)，自動輸出數(shù)據(jù)報告，機載打印測試數(shù)據(jù)，完全符合 “YY1116-2010”規(guī)定。
